According to court documents, Hanks has accused his ex-girlfriend, Kiana Parker, of assaulting and battering. He also has claimed that Parker has stolen money from him to pay for her travel expenses.

He explained that a day after Hanks accused Kiana of stealing money from his credit card, she entered the home with three huge men, including one who had a gun. He explained that Kiana viciously attacked Chet with a knife, and it caused him to bleed.
Parker completely has denied all the allegations and claimed he had been violent for several months. She also said that Chat attacked her in the street that day. Parker’s attorney said that Kiana is under a doctor’s care at the moment.
