It seems that the old relationship has led to Shia LaBeouf’s sexual assault. FKA Twigs has accused her ex-boyfriend, Shia LaBeouf, blaming the star of sexual battery, assault, and emotional distress punishment.
The artist, who filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, and the Transformers star had been together for about one year in 2018 and 2019. the lawsuit states, “Shia LaBeouf hurts women, received by Variety. “He uses them. He insults them, both physically and mentally. He is dangerous.”
The star once pushed the musician against a car and tried to strangle her, according to the lawsuit, which also claims he once pulled out a gun, telling her he had killed stray dogs so that he could train to get into the mindset of a killer.
LaBeouf could not be instantly reached, as well as the plaintiff’s attorney for extra comment. “For too long, Shia LaBeouf has attempted to excuse his guilty actions as the eccentricities of a free-thinking ‘artist,’” the lawsuit states.
“Even though his history of violent behavior was well-documented, many in the media have treated LaBeouf as a harmless figure of fun, which has helped enable him to perpetuate his cycle of abuse of women over the years. There is nothing funny about the exploitation of and battering of women.”
La Beouf, a child star who rose to recognition as a teenager on the Disney Channel’s Even Stevens, has collected both mainstream and indie success, including The Transformers franchise and Indiana Jones.
There are also current critically-acclaimed films like The Peanut Butter Falcon and Honey Boy, which Shia wrote, based on his own childhood and his relationship with his father.
