Ronald Meyer Resigns NBCUniversal Disclosing Company’s Affairs
NBCUniversal conducted some undisclosed affair with actress Charlotte Kirk, in which Ron Meyer was involved in too. Now, ex-Vice Chairman, Ronald Meyer resigns NBCUniversal.
After a 5-year career, Meyer had to resign the post by force. He failed to publish that he had been involved in a private settlement with Kirk.
CEO of the NBCUniversal corporate Jeff Shell released a statement on Tuesday.
“I am writing to share some unhappy announcement. Late last week, Ron Meyer informed NBCUniversal that he had worked in a manner which we believe is not compatible with our company policies or values,” Shell announced.
One of Hollywood’s high ranked power players is filing his resign from the company. The woman, he maintained, attempted to extort him after they had an extramarital business.

Unidentified third parties had discovered the agreement and extorted the manager for money. The case goes back to eight years ago.
Kirk also had an extramarital relationship with ex- Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara in 2013 and 2014.
The revelation includes private text messages sent and received between Kirk and Tsujihara. Reports reveal that he had decided to work like this to hold his position to get her roles in films and TV shows.
This led to his resignation from the company in 2019.
