Following Rihanna’s scooter accident, photos of the singer’s beautiful face with badly bruised and bumps, spotted in a car around a Los Angeles restaurant, surfaced online over the weekend.
Although many fans believed they were old photos from the February 2009 assault incident with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, sadly sources announced that these are pictures of the Rihanna scooter accident taken on September 5, 2020.
Brown took a plea deal, for which he was given 5 years probation and ordered to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna.
Rihanna was in her Escalade picking up take-out from Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica when she became the center of photographers’ attention with a badly bruised forehead.
Oh no, she didn’t hide and did not run away from the photographers at all but she removed her chunky square sunglasses, revealing herself to have a black eye and major swelling in her face.
Was Rihanna scooter accident dangerous?
Rihanna had taken a nasty spill on an electric scooter a few days prior when the scooter flipped over while she was riding it which left her with a shiner on her forehead and face.
Even though Rihanna’s fans can be calm knowing that her bruises were not from an assault, they were concern about her condition after the scooter accident.
“Rihanna is completely fine now but flipped over on an electric scooter last week and bruised her forehead and face,” Rihanna’s rep reported.
“Luckily there were no major injuries and she is healing quickly,” the rep continued.
The popular singer has recently been promoting her groundbreaking new skincare line Fenty Skin, due to the success of Fenty Beauty.
But the nine-time Grammy winner might be hiding her face for a while, after what appears to have been a nasty accident.
Rihanna later put her shades back on, as she darted to the back of the restaurant, avoiding attention from patrons.
Rihanna was not the only celebrity faced such a painful incident
Rihanna’s scooter accident news comes just weeks after a similar incident where Simon Cowell was rushed to the hospital.
The star, Simon Cowell’s bike accident, was hospitalized and ended up with the broken back.
The “ America’s Got Talent “ star, 60, following the crash at his home in Malibu, California, went under back surgery. He was testing a new electric bike in the courtyard of his home when the accident happened.
