Erika and Tom Girardi’s divorce has done over Tom Girardi’s cheating. Erika Girardi believes her ex-husband Tom Girardi had multiple affairs during their 21-year marriage.
A source said that Tom’s alleged infidelity was the reason for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 49, to file for divorce from the attorney, 81, last month.
The source said, “The reason she divorced Tom is because he was cheating on her with multiple women.”
Another source close to the couple said, “she’s known about his infidelity for years, but wanted to try and save the marriage.”
She added that when Erika was performing her last week on Broadway, Tom left her high and dry and was frolicking around town instead of supporting Erika and attending her shows. “She realized she would never be a priority to him and that was her breaking point.”

“The split was a long time coming. The lawsuit just coincided with her decision to leave him,” the source said.
A complaint was filed in early December accusing the couple of using their divorce to embezzle money.

As Erika opened up in 2018, they first met each other while Erika was cocktail-waitressing at the Los Angeles restaurant Chasen’s, and Tom was a regular. After a year of friendship, he asked her out, and they tied the knot in 1999.
Erika was previously married to Thomas Zizzo. She shares her 26-year-old son Tommy Zizzo with him.
