Ant and Christina Anstead Split After a Short Time Marriage — USdayNEWS
HGTV star Christina Anstead split news was sparked after she and her husband, Ant Anstead, announced plans to separate after less than two years of marriage in an Instagram post on Friday night.
The news of Christina Anstead split published just weeks after she and Ant Anstead baby boy, Hudson, celebrated his 1st birthday; however, it seems an uncertain decision because Ant had some kind words for his wife less than two weeks earlier. She posted the news on Sept. 18, 2020, plus a photo of the couple walking down the beach towards a setting sun.
“Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future,” she said in the caption. She additionally disabled comments.

In October 2017, Ant and Anstead started dating, and at about one year they married in December 2018 at their home in Newport Beach, California.
It was the second marriage for Ant, who shares Amelie, 16, and Archie, 14, with ex-wife Louise Herbert. Anstead and Ant had a “winter wonderland” wedding, as their children were at the center of the ceremony. “We wanted to make it about the kids,” Ant explained about their wedding. “It’s the six of us. We’re a blended family so it was really important for them to be a part of it.”
Christina also has two other children, Taylor and Brayden, with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, who declared his engagement to Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae Young in July.
Although Christina divorced from Tarek in 2016, the pair continued co-parenting and filming Flip or Flop together.
In October 2017, Ant who is an English motor specialist and star of Ant Anstead Master Mechanic, called her on the phone to ask Christina out.
