2 Dead in Car After a Shooting on I-75 Today in Florida

The Florida Highway Patrol and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a shooting on I-75 today in Florida that left at least two people dead.

Actually, two men were found dead in a car after this shooting overnight near Tampa, the Florida Highway Patrol announced Thursday. It happened at about 3 a.m. Thursday morning along Interstate 75’s southbound lanes in Tampa near the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd exit.

Witnesses reported troopers they noticed people in a white Jeep Cherokee shooting at the white Nissan sedan in which the victims were later found. The victim’s sedan was later found on the shoulder of the interstate near the MLK exit.

However, troopers said the men, ages 25 and 26, were deadly shot inside the car in shooting on I-75 today in Florida. In an email, the agency announced that early reports indicate a third person escaped, though troopers and Hillsborough County sheriff ‘s deputies couldn’t find him.
